- ADHD, insomnia, delayed sleep phase disorder, sleep apnea, and mood disorders are diagnoses that require a qualified professional. A website — this one included — cannot diagnose you.
- Content is accurate to the best of our knowledge as of its “last updated” date and is cited to primary sources, but research moves. When we're wrong, we correct in place and update the date.
